In this conference, Ted Talks Bruce Bueno de Mesquita shows the model developed and is apparently used by the CIA. The scope of this model are profound and even disturbing since, as Bueno de Mesquita mentioned at the beginning, we can model and policy issues that appear to have an erratic behavior.
