Fleece No Sew Tie Scarf

intermediate Elections Mexico are about to be held and surveys and projections indicate there will be a great abstention. In recent months and weeks have discussed the reasons for the disenchantment of citizens and intellectuals called to cancel the vote. Analyses are made can be divided into three: first are the views emanating from political scientists or people who think they are and say good reason to vote no, benefits large parties or certain variations small parties, many of them argue that it comes to choosing the lesser evil.

A second set of views comes from suspicious they see on the views of no or abstention vote manipulation of either party, some people attribute it to the disenchanted with the Peje, some people attribute it to PRI.

A third block of opinion which considers that it is an innocent and childish attitude that leaves citizens outside the law and the democratic process.

The three views tend to underestimate the public because in a few analysis believe that the unrest could have been born of a legitimate initiative. The suspects did not say that anyway the result is similar because with or without the vote, the multimember and many other candidates will make a seat.

The truth is that the Mexican political class fails against international standards. Yesterday the World Bank published the classification global governance and fighting corruption that takes into account different aspects. In the past 10 years, Mexico has not progressed that is largely responsible for the political class and status in the broader context of the three branches and three branches of government. In Mexico's competitiveness document published by the World Economic Forum Global yield the same results. If proof were needed in addition to the public disapproves of the government international analysis are as well. Oddly enough, it's own political class which as a whole is marginalized in the process of putting democracy at risk.

Before And After Of Kertine Treatment

Iran Complexity BRICS

At first it seems that the situation in Iran is simple, good against evil. The scenes of Iranians protesting in the streets are affecting the response was brutal. However, political realities are very complex and hardly noticed the reasons moving to each of the actors. The Iranian regime has been shaken, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad weakened its legitimacy with a crass and foolish fraud. Like many politicians did not know Ahmadinejad measuring change in times of Bush, the protests had lasted one day at a time of Obama with the absence of inflammatory rhetoric from the United States, the legitimacy of the protesters was not undermined.

Laser Srugery In Malaysia

The habit of reading in young people and the "Bookmobile"

Via Professor Pedro Fernandez (Colegio Inmaculada Jesuits) I have known the activities and concerns of the Leo Group , a group of teachers from Alicante to support the renewal of teaching and encouraging reading.

The contents of the blog are a reflection of these concerns, especially in the aspect of the animation of reading. Similarly, the trajectory of the members of the group is linked to a commendable commitment to the use of new technologies. A good example is the Virtual Classroom Mio Cid in the Virtual Library Miguel de Cervantes (with a very active participation of Pedro Fernandez).

The animation is done reading through seminars, contests, stories, montages of "great rooms" in schools (with the support of publishing groups), classroom activities with entertainers, book exhibitions, talks, talks ... A summary, see Leo Group History.

The habit of reading in children and young

Following a review of materials and group activities, I do not doubt that teachers carry out an intensive and enthusiastic struggle for the development of habit reading among children and youth.

The problem you face is not trivial. The social and cultural environment in which our youth are developed is not conducive to stimulating receptivity. A television has been joined by other elements, all linked to the screen: games, computers, psp, play station, etc.

Probably many of these elements encourage imagination and creativity of children but the results seem to be balanced if done at the expense of significant reading deficits. A large part of today's youth and shatters the writing, has a very poor capacity of expression and in line can not move or communicate their creative potential.

This leads me to ask that you may need an alliance between new technologies and reading books. In this line could be the "Library Mobile ", a project which is currently at the Virtual Library Miguel de Cervantes and announced in the previous post ( tenth anniversary of Miguel de Cervantes Virtual Library ).

I also clear that without the support of teachers in primary and secondary virtual world, mobile libraries, digital books are pure pipe dream at the time to develop the habit of reading. It is time, therefore, the alliances.

Authorities

Ladies and Gentlemen Good afternoon

is very exciting and emotional for me this act for reasons that are easy to guess.

The Virtual Library Miguel de Cervantes that is ten years, long anticipated in the major projects now underway in Europe and worldwide. It was almost from its inception the English flagship among a set of pioneering initiatives that drove universities like Stanford, Harvard, University of California-Berkeley, Michigan and Cornell . Today we can say that our Virtual Library Miguel de Cervantes has ended up being the most outstanding project, most universal and most widespread of all that took place during those years. Thanks

Let me, briefly, because it is right, remember, first, exemplary and enthusiastic work of an exceptional team at my university who was instrumental in overcoming many technological limitations and of all kinds. Today many are here: Paloma by Talton, Laura Sánchez, Francisco Aura and many others.

In addition, generous support, much more than a sponsorship, the Santander Group. An unconditional and enthusiastic support, an exquisite understanding of how we work in college. Also thank you very much, Jose Antonio Villasante and José Manuel Moreno. Looking

present and after ten years of operation, the Virtual Library Miguel de Cervantes has achieved a privileged place in an area where technology, science and the humanities are integrated and brilliantly successful.

Two simple keys, but very valuable, helped us move forward in those early years and still effective today. One, have a team where the computer thought in literary terms and humanists, professors of literature and economists are struggling to understand computer science.

Another, a strong dedication to America from its beginnings under the leadership of Professor José Carlos Rovira, the first academic director of the Library, supported by the Vice Chancellor of Institutional Relations, Ana Laguna, which launched an action plan with countries like Mexico , Chile, Argentina and Peru to integrate and involve major National Libraries and institutions of these countries. In this context we should add, for example, the treatment of absolute privilege with authors such as Mario Bendetti of these days we mourn his loss, and it is well to remember his beloved and generous support, valuable cediéndonos his poems, along with photos, videos and your own voice. Mario Benedetti always be among us.

Virtual Library Miguel de Cervantes and his future

I asked our Rector Ignacio Jimenez to outline a few lines about the future of the library on the basis of a strategic plan developed two years ago and have been working in a very efficient teachers and Pedro Manuel Marco Pernías, along with deputy director of the Biblioteca Rafael Carrasco.

In this regard, Cervantes has reflected major technological changes occurred in recent years to adapt to the future, without sacrificing its primordial and fundamental vocation: to be the Virtual Library of English .

Your challenge is to build a new technology platform that hosts the biggest innovations in the field. This will allow further progress among the best currently existing digitization projects. Also in this environment are desirable alliances and partnerships. It is worth quoting fruitful ongoing collaboration with Stanford University today -leader in technology issues, and with the European Library project ( Europeana .)

aspires to be a new Virtual Library 2.0 in line with the new methodologies that are currently promoting the development of knowledge. In other words, it aspires to be a meeting point where reconcile pioneering academic rigor, collective intelligence and innovation. The latter still really impressive advances in store for us as paper or electronic ink, the semantic web and the developments resulting from artificial intelligence.

said base is essential technology in an environment where we live with digitization projects driven by large sites such as Google and Microsoft . Although it should be recalled here that the contributions of our library far exceed the scope of a simple scanning of books.

Among the essential technological innovations should be noted adaptation of the Library or Web 2.0 social web to accommodate the role of user communities . The objective of the Cervantes will reconcile the importance of the user, but not at any time waive the philological rigor in the treatment of the texts and the academic focus on project management.

Current work in the Library have moved or are moving from a very important technology issues search, the user's role cited in navigation and the creation of social spaces, on-demand printing, the design of spaces for teaching and education in general ... are a small list of the successful work carried out by the team Cervantes current.

As an example of these advances, concretaré one of the greatest importance: l of dissemination of the contents of the Library through any mobile device . The increasing use among users of "Portalibros", a term proposed by Darío Villanueva, director of the Scientific Council of the Virtual Library Miguel de Cervantes, to refer to the e-readers and e-books , gives a great opportunity for our Library. Thus, Cervantes will be able to develop the first Mobile Portal cultural content in English, offering a large catalog of works by leading authors in our language so they can be played on any mobile device, including mobile art generation.

Past, Present and Future of the Library are matched in this tenth anniversary of our library with the presence of a renewed enthusiasm that was very present since creation.

Allow me to finish, he recalled, there by 1998 the stimulus providing us the personal support of President Don Emilio Botin . Admirably supported by the project since the first time I had the opportunity to present it. I have to admit that the support they gave at that time a leading economist, left us no choice but to work day and night with the greatest ambition and enthusiasm.

Let me acknowledge my enormous debt to him, his staff and members of my community college. That same ambition and enthusiasm I have found that is present to meet new and exciting additional ten years. Thank

. Andrés Pedroza

Too Much Of Green Cough

The Science of Sleep

Sleep as a concept I do not like too much, I prefer to daydream, but I love to sleep, although activity really sleep very little, sometimes I wonder how my life would be able to sleep the most, maybe be in a better mood and could understand everything better. I constantly read or hear about studies that talk about the negative consequences of not sleeping as in this article, "Leaves Sleep When You Tired" . In the article I discovered that there is already a company that allows you to monitor your dreams and know what quality is, maybe not tell you if you dream beautiful or not but if you clarify how deep rest, really the technology becomes promising in some areas as the science of sleep.

A Simple Lease Agreement

Sao Paolo

Sao Paolo is a city of countless buildings where the Brazilians stick together when not in traffic. My first impression of the economic capital of Brazil was the traffic monster that is present in all cities of the planet. I must admit that traffic in Sao Paolo is higher than Mexico City that is not anything as few cities in the world than Mexico in traffic. But beyond the traffic Sao Paolo I liked the atmosphere is vibrant in its streets, but should say in their buildings where the life of its inhabitants. Unlike Rio Sao Paolo favelas not seen so many, I guess that will in large numbers although not as evident. In addition to Sao Paolo automotive experience offers a great dining experience. Mine began with a dinner at Fogo de Chão, a restaurant serving traditional swords which are a kind of wires with different meats. The dinner should start with a capiriña and then the waiters start to walk around the table as a kind of fencing duel, sword in hand competing for serving pieces of meat, only one has just said that he does want back, when another sword was offering some other succulent meat. On the table is a cup of green on one side and red on the other, this is a fundamental component of a traditional Brazilian food and dining that serves as light, if you keep the green waiters will serve no meat but a new and has eaten the equivalent of a cow. It is therefore important to red at the first signs of indigestion and do as I that the use of coasters until I had eaten several kilos of meat. Another dining experience is the municipal market located in the center of the city and it's kind of like the Merced market but with restaurants where you eat delicious traditional Brazilian swords less glamorous but equally rich.

dynamics in bars is similar to that of the swords, waiters circulate with glasses of beer constantly and at the slightest provocation or neglect serve another and another and another. Since Sao Poal is the second city in the world of Japanese restaurants apparently sushi are the best, I say apparently because I fish with a golden rule, you do not eat me I do not like.

Beyond food and beer can not go to Brazil without any contact with his religion. At the temple I went I called Pacaembu stadium and is dedicated to the god ball, his prophet and Pelé angels as Garrincha, Zico, Ronaldo and many others. I'm not very fond of football but the museum and passion that Brazilians put it almost makes me. Although the museum has plenty of substance lacks passion and good taste, one of the rooms that struck me most was the amateur, this is a dark room located in the foundations of Pacaembu stadium where flatly spread devotion to the ball . The other large room of the museum is a dark room that reflects the feelings of the Brazilians in 1950, this is a room dedicated to the World Cup final that year, setting the Maracana, Brazil-Uruguay equipment in the video that projected in black and white you can see the ecstasy of the Brazilians. The game started with a goal from Brazil, the silence began with Uruguay's draw and the disaster with the second goal that gave the Ururguay triumph of the small country, a black page in the religion of Brazil.

Sao Paolo is a city where I would live a while if only to live in their traffic.
