Tampico, Tamaulipas.-A distraught family has publicly denounced the rape of a teenage victim who was only 15 years old, by suspected elements of the Third Zone of the Metropolitan Police who also dealt a savage beating to a companion and boyfriend of the child.
The drama began around 22:00 pm Saturday when the teenager went to the Parque Metropolitano de la Laguna del Carpintero with her boyfriend Daniel Humberto Cortés Child, 17 years old.
