ENVIRONMENTAL ILLNESS ON HUNGER STRIKE.

Today at 11:00 pm am, Servando Pérez Domínguez, environmental ill on hunger strike since July 26, 2010, has received judicial official notice which is given within 3 working days to make representations against the decision delHospital Clínico Universitario de Santiago de discharge.
This official notice from the Court of First Instance No. 4, Santiago de Compostela (0000731/2010 general voluntary jurisdiction) as the Judge D. Providencia Carballo and Jorge Cid Following the request of the General Manager of the Hospital Universitario de Santiago de Compostela (CHUS), Ms. Rosa Bermejo Pareja.
On July 22, Ms. Berman filed a brief with the court:
"At the police court (Court of Instruction No. 2, Santiago de Compostela, to confirm or revoke, under the terms of the provision above transcript ( the provision reads: In the event that the patient does not accept the high, the management of the Centre, after checking the report clinical question, hear the patient and, if he persists in his refusal, he shall notify the judge to either confirm or overturn the decision ), the medical decision to discharge the patient, urging, in the case of the decision confirming the high, the means to use if there is resistance to eviction by the same. Alongside such notification is given to Mr. Pérez Domínguez, a request by the CHUS scheduled assistance outside the autonomous region, addressed to Hospital Clinic of Barcelona, \u200b\u200bClinical Toxicology Unit, which includes the following diagnosis:
"Patients with chronic mercury poisoning which recommends chelation EDTA acid alpha lipoic acid. Previously sent to the Hospital Rio Hortega who do not have this procedure. CHUS consists in the Hospital General Universitario de Valencia (Clinical Toxicology Unit) does not have the same procedure. The patient has chronic mercury poisoning from dental amalgam. "
This request to the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona is signed by the internist who also signed the discharge report of Mr. Pérez Domínguez, Dr. Arturo Gonzalez Quintela.
After judicial notice of this morning, has remained to witness a conversation between Dr. González Quintela and patient, Mr. Pérez Domínguez. This doctor claims he has not given its consent to process this request for assistance to the Hospital Clínic. She acknowledged that would contradict the extensive report high that he has developed.

However, this reference is doubly contradictory because the report of Dr. Benjamin Climent Diaz said that his clinical toxicology unit can not cope with this treatment because of lack of clinical resources for this type of chronic detoxification.
Meanwhile, Servando Pérez Domínguez, environmental illness, still on hunger strike and make the appropriate arguments.
